About the Hall Center The Hall Center is one of KU's eight designated research centers. The Center serves as a research institute, a community of scholars, and a bridge to academic innovation in the humanities, arts and social sciences. |

Research & Development The Center fosters the development of KU humanities faculty by promoting excellence in interdisciplinary study through seminars, colloquia and workshops. |

Programs The Center sponsors special programs that engage the university and wider community in dialogue on issues that bring the humanities to bear on the quality of life for all citizens. |

Grants & Fellowships The Hall Center promotes excellence in scholarship through peer-evaluated competitions for travel and research funding, and through assistance to those who apply for external grants and fellowships. |

Publications The Center publishes a biannual Communiqué and an Annual Report. In addition, the Hall Center supports a number of scholarly publications. |
